群アンカーの引抜き抵抗力に関する模型実験

 This paper presents the generation mechanisms of pull-out resistance of pressurized friction-type anchor at the cases of single anchor and group anchors. At the case of single anchor, it is shown that the ultimate pull-out resistance of pressurized friction-type anchor increases to 1.3?1.6 times compared with the resistance of non-pressurized friction-type anchor and the effect of mechanics of pressurizing is remarkable. At the case of group anchors, it is clarified that the slipping masses from both sides between anchors intersects and combines when anchor installation depth (D) and ratio( D/B) at anchor intervals( B) grows more than 1.43 by the strain analysis using PIV and it leads to the large decrease in the ultimate pull-out resistance.

徳川大坂城石垣の曲面構造の実測と解析

 The Japanese castle masonry wall (hereafter simply "wall"), constructed from the late 16th century to middle of the 17th century, is appreciated as one of the world’s finest and most outstanding example of construction. The walls are meted for their mechanical rational structure, especially the two-dimensional curved surfaces( hereafter referred to as hiranosuki ) found on the three-dimensional structures. Regarding hiranosuki , further study is needed to clarify the technique of attaching them to the wall during reconstruction. In accordance with this viewpoint, this paper presents field measurements of the hiranosuki of Tokugawa-Osaka Castle walls. Next, the mechanical effects of hiranosuki is discussed, based on the analytical results of the field measurement data and threedimensional FEM analyses.

 Zinc oxide( ZnO) and Al-doped zinc oxide( AZO) films were in turn deposited on cycloolefin polymer( COP) substrates by means of pulsed laser deposition( PLD) using an ArF excimer laser (λ =193 nm). In the laminated AZO/ZnO structure with ultra-thin layer of AZO (20 nm-thick), resistivity of 1.03×10?3 Ω・cm, Hall mobility of 20.1 cm2/V・s, and carrier density of 2.46×1020 cm?3 were obtained. Ga-doped zinc oxide (GZO) thin films were deposited on COP substrates at room temperature by means of PLD using FHG of Nd: YAG laser (λ=266 nm, laser energy density 2?16 mJ/cm2) at room temperature.As a result,the resistivity was improved from 6.61×10?4 Ω・cm to 5.94×104 Ω・cm for films annealed at a laser energy density of 12 mJ/cm2.

 Delafossite-type CuAlO2 doped ZnO transparent conducting films (ACZO films) were fabricated through pulsed laser deposition using an ArF excimer laser (λ = 193 nm). As a result, excellent electrical properties due to a carrier-depletion effect caused by the addition of copper were obtained : low carrier density of 6.79 × 1019 cm?3, and high Hall mobility of 58.3 cm2/V・s. An average transmittance of 91.5% in the wavelength region of the solar spectrum( 400?2500nm) was obtained. For high conversion efficiency as solar cells, double-textured structures with two types of concavo-convexlens were prepared through laser processing. As a result, a high haze ratio of 67.1% due to light confinement effect was obtained.
